Baie Wines is a true family-owned and operated winery – from picking the grapes to pouring and selling the wine – the Kuc family does it all. The family all take an active role in running the business, with each family member operating in an area that they love. This can be seen in the passion and pride taken in the way they look after the families, guests and businesses they work with.

“Our small batch vineyard was established in 2000 and we began producing under our own label in 2006. Fast forward 12 years and we are so very proud of the excellence of our wines and the support we received from local wine stores, restaurants and BAIE devotees alike.Grapes are our passion and our wines represent excellent drinkability and representation of our unique cool climate maritime patch that we love so much. Peter’s love of wine and passion for science led the way for Simon to study agriculture and, together, they now constantly strive for excellence in viticultural practices at the BAIE Vineyard.Following on from this, Nadine is in her element working with their wines and leading hospitality in the region or at pop-up cellar doors pouring up a storm. Just as is Anne looking after the beautiful couples who get married at BAIE.”
