For over 30 years, I’ve been working closely with the food industry all over the world. Most recently, past 15 years, I’ve been working with regional clusters in Victoria including GFCC and NPC on a range of initiatives providing either direct research support or scientific guidance. Most of the attracted funding has been provided by the food companies including Warrnambool Cheese and Butter, Fonterra, Murray Goulburn, GFCC, Ward-McKenzie’s, Westland (NZ), FrieslandCampina (NL), Yili (China), Nestle Singapore to name a few.
